Section 2
Content Accuracy and Product Representation
A. Specificity of Parts:
All advertisements must clearly and unambiguously identify the condition of the part being sold (e.g., "nearly-new," "used," "refurbished"), the compatible vehicle makes and models, and any limitations that may affect fitment or performance.
Descriptions must be free from exaggeration and reflect the exact specifications of the part, including manufacturing date, mileage, refurbishing details, and any certifications or tests performed.
B. Technical Accuracy:
Advertisements must accurately represent the product's specifications, compatibility (including make, model, and year range) and proven performance characteristics. Misrepresentation of OEM parts or aftermarket alternatives is strictly prohibited.
C. Prohibited Content:
Advertisements may not contain content that is misleading, discriminatory, libelous, or offensive. Promotion of illegal products, unsafe practices, or content that violates intellectual property rights is forbidden.
Critical Requirement: Strictly Prohibited
Any misrepresentation of parts or prohibited content will result in immediate policy violation and potential legal action.
